Free trial
The free trial costs nothing and needs no credit card. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. Just tell us by email or phone and we will turn the service off.
Paid services
If you choose a paid plan after the trial, any setup fee and monthly service fee are described in the written proposal or agreement you approve before you are charged. That agreement also says how billing periods work and how much notice is needed to cancel.

Refunds
Refunds, if any, follow your written agreement and any rights you have under applicable law. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will review it promptly.
After cancellation
When services end, we turn off your assistant and automations. Phone numbers, forwarding and integrations go back to how they were or are handed over as described in your agreement. You can ask for a copy of your data before it is deleted under our privacy policy.
