These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to raheemai.com and to services provided by RaheemAI, a Crusade Collection LLC company ("RaheemAI," "we," "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.
Our services
RaheemAI sets up and runs AI receptionist and automation services for businesses. These may include answering calls and messages, texting back missed callers, booking and rescheduling appointments, sending reminders, taking orders, following up on estimates and payments, email and text marketing automation, and websites with SEO. Specific features depend on your setup and the tools you use.
Free trial
We may offer a free trial, usually 14 days, which we set up for you. No credit card is required to start. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. Trials are offered at our discretion, and we may limit or end trial offers.
After the trial
When the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan. Paid services, including any setup fee and monthly service fee, are described in a written proposal or agreement that you approve before you are charged. Nothing is billed unless you agree to it in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, services, hours and policies, and review and approve the scripts and responses we set up.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your calls, texts and emails, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and carrier rules for business texting.
- Get any required consent before calls are recorded or customers receive texts, and give your customers any required notices. Some states require every party to agree before a call is recorded.
- Keep your account details secure and tell us promptly about any misuse.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send spam or unsolicited messages, to deceive or harass anyone, to collect information unlawfully, to infringe anyone's rights, or for any illegal purpose. You also may not interfere with or try to break the security of our services. We may suspend services that are being misused.
AI limitations and important disclaimers
AI assistants can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing how your assistant is set up and how it performs. The assistant is not designed for emergencies. Callers with an emergency should hang up and dial 911. The assistant does not give legal, medical, tax or financial advice. The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee any particular business result.
Intellectual property
We own our website, materials, templates, software and know-how. You own your business content and your customer data. You give us permission to use that content and data only as needed to provide services to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve our services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RaheemAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold RaheemAI harmless from claims arising from your use of the services in violation of these Terms or the law, including claims about calls, texts, recordings or consent.
Termination
You can stop using the services at any time. Cancellation of paid services follows our refund and cancellation policy and your written agreement. We may suspend or end services if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering a service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
